CALL FOR PAPERS: SiSAL Journal Special Issue on Strategies and Self-Regulation in Self-Access Learning

SiSAL Journal is planning to publish a special issue on the topic of strategies and self-regulation in self-access language learning for the December 2012 issue (volume 3, issue 4). Editors are calling for submissions in the areas of:
- Self-regulation in self-access language learning
- Language learning strategies in self-access language learning
- Strategy training in classrooms and self-access centres
- Students’ strategic decisions to use certain types of self-access materials
- Guidance to use self-access materials more effectively or strategically
- Other areas that intersect with this field
This special issue will publish the following:
- Full research articles of around 3,500 words
- Summaries and works in progress
- Perspectives (opinions and reflections)
- Reviews of academic books, articles or website resources
